If you are placing an order more than 2 days in advance, you can Add a Note at the page of Shopping Cart, with your specific pick-up date. We will have the cake freshly made according to your schedule.
In consideration of existing & incoming summer heat, we keep Mousse Desserts frozen so that they will not melt when you are driving back home. The time to defrost is 8-15 minutes, varying based on room temperature. Once home, please keep the products refrigerated at all times.
